How I work:
I strive to provide high quality service and advice to help you meet your real estate goals. To do this, I made the decision awhile back that I would build my business primarily by referral. I do virtually zero advertising, believing that if I do my job right, my clients would send me business. That means I don't have to spend, like some agents, up to 50% of my time making cold calls, knocking on doors etc. trying to find my next client. What that means to you is that I can spend my time doing a better job for my clients.
